What is a Valmo courier franchise?
It lets you run a local Valmo delivery operation in your area — handling pickups and last-mile deliveries under the Valmo brand, using its network and technology. You earn from the parcels you handle.
What's the difference between the Standard and Master franchise?
A Standard franchise covers a local area (1–2 pin codes) with a lower investment — ideal for first-time owners. A Master franchise gives you rights to an entire city or district, with higher investment, higher earning potential, and a revenue share from sub-franchises. How much investment do I need?
A Standard franchise starts from around ₹50,000–₹1,00,000, and a Master franchise from around ₹3,00,000–₹5,00,000, plus a refundable security deposit. These figures are indicative — your exact terms are confirmed during the application.
Is the security deposit refundable?
Yes. The security deposit is refundable as per the terms of your franchise agreement.
How much can I earn?
Earnings depend on the parcel volume in your area and your model. Standard partners typically target ₹40,000–₹80,000 per month and Master partners ₹2,00,000+ per month. These are indicative ranges, not guaranteed income.
Do I need prior experience in logistics?
No. Most of our partners are first-time business owners. We provide complete onboarding and training, so you don't need a logistics or delivery background to get started.
What space and equipment do I need?
A small commercial space (around 200–300 sq. ft. for Standard, larger for Master), a smartphone to run the Valmo delivery app, and some basic setup. We guide you through everything during onboarding.
How long does it take to start?
Typically around 15 days for a Standard franchise and about 30 days for a Master franchise — from approval to going live.
What training and support do I get?
Brand onboarding, hands-on training for you and your staff, access to the Valmo delivery app, and ongoing operational and marketing support from a dedicated team.
Do I get an exclusive territory?
Your franchise operates in a defined area, and Master franchisees receive exclusive rights over a city or district. Availability depends on your location, which we confirm during the application.
